1. Guests booking individual rooms
– No penalty/Free Cancellation: Applicable within 14 days before arrival date for weekdays and 21 days before arrival date for weekends & holidays.
– 50% of booking cost/50% of full stay: Applicable within 7 days before arrival date for weekdays and 14 days before arrival date for weekends & holidays.
– 100% of booking cost/100% of full stay: Applicable within 7 days before arrival date/no-shown for weekdays and within 14 days before arrival/no-shown date for weekends & holidays.
2. Guests rent the whole yacht/Charter booking
– No penalty/Free Cancellation: Applicable within 60 days before arrival date for weekdays & 90 days before arrival date for weekends & holidays.
– 50% of booking cost/50% of full stay: Applicable within 45 days before arrival date for weekdays & 60 days before arrival date for weekends & holidays.
– 100% of booking cost/ 100% of full stay: Applicable within 30 days before arrival date/no-shown for weekdays and within 45 days before arrival date/no-shown for weekends & holidays.
TERMS OF PAYMENT/ PAYMENT PROCEDURE
– All payments must be made before the Service Cut-Off Date – the date when the regulations of cancellation and penalties begin to be effective for individual bookings or deposits for group or full package of cruise.
– Catherine Cruise has the right to refuse some or all services if payment is not made within deadline. – Payment method: Payments can be made in the form of:
+ Transfer money according to the bank account information provided in the booking confirmation.
+ Payment via Onepay website (Applicable to all types of domestic and international cards).
+ Pay directly by swiping card/cash at the office in Hanoi/ Ha Long.
– For additional services, customers will pay directly on Catherine Cruise at the time of booking service according to the quoted price.
– All payments made according to the booking confirmation are exclusive of bank fees, money transfer fees and/or any reductions or deductions, these expenses will be paid by the customer.
