If you have any health problems, please inform us. Beside that, we provide full medical services and doctors on board, you can call in any cases. Make sure that you have adequate medical and travel insurance.

2. Is it possible to rent full package service on Catherine Cruise?

Yes, it depends on the available status and yacht’s schedule. Please contact with us.

3. What’s the regulation of cancelation of booking on Catherine Cruise?

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking. Cancellation regulations depend on the number of rooms you have booked. You can easily find information about our regulations on the link in the booking request or booking confirmation. The number of days joined the itinerary is different or request to shorten the number of days compared with the itinerary, request to change the joining date will have different charges when canceling booking. Please let us know if you plan to cancel your booking, our staff will be happy to answer all your questions 24/7.

4. What’s the regulation of smoking on board?

We define that smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas, rooftop decks, and balconies. You are not allowed to smoke near doors, windows, ventilation doors, gasoline tanks, kitchen areas, restaurants and bars. Guests must be over 18 years old to purchase and use cigarettes on board. Cigarettes, cigars and pipes must be disposed in the right place and must not be thrown into the sea.

5. Can I bring alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages to board?

Unfortunately, we have a regulation that visitors are not allowed to bring alcohol or drinks to board. At the bar, we offer a wide variety of drinks for you with very reasonable prices. However, if you have any special drink requests, please contact with our staff.
